We are a Cheerleading and Gymnastics club based in Cape Town. We opened our doors in 2013, we have classes in Fish Hoek, The American International School of Cape Town and Generations Imhoff. We are qualified Coaches through the South African Gymnastics Federation and International Cheer Union. Our passion is instilling confidence in children by learning new skills.

TUMBLING CLASSESTumbling Stars is a fun gymnastics program for Boys and Girls. Initially we provide an introduction to gymnastics and then a progressive learning process through a series of graded classes. Children will develop skills at their own pace. Our program consists of series of levels, skills within each of these levels are learnt in class throughout the year. On successful completion of all skills within a level students receive a certificate and medal acknowledging they have completed all skills and will progress to the next level. The program combines creativity and music with training in balance, co-ordination, agility, rhythm, concentration, strengthening muscle tone, perceptual and gross motor skills, spatial awareness and flexibility.

CHEERLEADING CLASSESCheerleading is a challenging sport that requires athleticism, strength, flexibility, coordination, and dedication. In addition to its physical advantages, cheerleading is a social, team-based activity that can help improve children’s self-confidence and leadership skills. It is an intense physical activity, which contains many components of tumbling, dance, jumps, cheers and stunts to get spectators at events to cheer for the sports teams or to participate in

COVID SAFETY REGULATIONS
Classes are limited to ensure social distancing. All athletes and coaches complete screening checks, temperature checks and sanitize.
Classes and equipment are cleaned before and after every lesson.
All coaches wear masks throughout the lessons. Athletes must wear masks into the gym but are not required to wear the mask while training due to activity.
